Privacy Policy

Polybuilder stores as little as the product allows. This page lists everything we keep, why, and which third parties are involved.

What we store

Your wallet address (it is your account identifier), an optional email address if you provide one, your strategy configuration (strategy, stake, caps, armed state), your capital ledger entries, the execution results our engine wrote for your account, subscription state, and contact-form messages you send. This lives in a database on our own server. We never see or store private keys, seed phrases, or card numbers.

Cookies

Two first-party cookies only: a signed session cookie proving which wallet you signed in with, and a short-lived nonce used during sign-in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third parties

Privy provides sign-in and embedded wallets and has its own privacy policy. Stripe processes card payments; card details go to Stripe directly and never reach us. On-chain payments are, by nature, public on the blockchain. If email notifications are enabled, delivery goes through Resend. Public blockchain RPC providers are used to verify on-chain payments.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and we do not use it for anything beyond operating the Service described in the terms.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account exists. To have your account and its data deleted, ask via the contact page from the email on the account or with a message signed by the account wallet; execution records needed for financial-integrity reasons (e.g. payment replay protection) may be retained in minimal form.
